Our classic range of bread is created using top-quality Cotswold-milled flour, including white,

a mix of wholemeal and stoneground and the award-winning malted Dark Crunch.

 

We offer a different speciality bread each day, with the full range generally available on Saturdays.

SPECIALITY BREAD

Chia Seed Bread

MONDAY & SATURDAY

The addition of the ‘superfood’ chia seeds to our wheat based
bread makes a tasty and healthy loaf option.

 

Dark Dutch Rye

TUESDAY

A delicious dark bread made with 50% rye flour
and 50% white flour creating a distinct

Rich flavour. A perfect partner to smoked salmon.

 

Multiseed

WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY

A distinctive multigrain with oats, rye, wheatbran, pumpkin, linseed
& sunflower seeds.A tasty low GI option for the health conscious.

 

Spelt & Honey

THURSDAY & SATURDAY

A delicious , easily digestible bread made with 100% spelt flour,
honey, linseed, lupin,Sesame and sunflower seeds. High in protein
and fibre. The ‘good for you grain’ bread. (Not gluten free)

 

Sunflower, Sesame and Flax Seed

FRIDAY

A light and tasty loaf with a lovely seeded texture.

 

Corn Bread

SATURDAY

A soft corn meal-based bread with a distinctive savoury flavour.

 

Fruited Dark Rye

SATURDAY

Dark rye mixed with dried peel, cherries and raisins to create a
subtle sweet bread. Perfect as it is or toasted..

 

French Campaillou Sourdough Bread

SATURDAY

Open textured with a distinctive sourdough flavour.
Made using specially imported French flour.
Good for dipping. Delicious toasted.

 

Pain De Campagne

SATURDAY

A traditional rustic french bread made
with specially imported french flour.

 

ANCIENT CEREALS

SATURDAY

A light bread made with a blend of cereals including eikorn,

emmer and spelt flour.  A delicious alternative to wholemeal.

 

German Rye

SATURDAY

Traditional dense & aromatic German rye bread
made with 50% dark rye flour 50% wheat flour.
